Transition To Work runs for two years after you finish school and will help you to learn the skills needed to move into open employment.
Our program runs for 5 days a week from 10am - 2.30pm and is made up lessons conducted in the classroom, work site visits, work experience, pre-vocational courses such as TAFE and other sporting and recreational activities. We have offices located in Gosford and Wyong on the Central Coast, NSW.

Our Transition To Work program is available for students who are eligible for funding through the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC).
Whilst you are at school, the Department of Education will perform some assessments to determine if you are eligible for the Transition to Work funding.
