We have provided specialist employment services to people with barriers for over 20 years.
We provide the following programs:

Our objective is to help our clients find employment, learn the job, and provide one-on-one onsite support as well as ongoing assistance so they keep the job.
We have:

- Staff trained in Disability Awareness, Mental Health First Aid, Mentoring, Case Management and Workplace Training and Assessment

- Assessment tools to develop individual employment plans

- "Job Hives" in each of our offices designed to maximise your job searching capabilities

We are an employment service specialising in the placement and support of persons with a disability; who need short to medium term assistance in finding and maintaining a job in open employment at award rates of pay.
We provide:
- One on one individual employment pathway coaching

- motivational workshops
- career coaching
- work experience
- intensive one on one and group job seeking workshops
- Skills audit
- Employer Wage Subsidies, access to supported wages and workplace modifications to assist in sustaining on-going employment (subject to eligibility).
- Assistance financially with travel fares to interviews, interview clothing and work clothing (subject to eligibility).
- Post placement support
- Access to the Disabled Apprenticeship Wage Scheme
- Access to Indigenous Wage Assistance
